To be signed by persons who are not borrowers or guarantors of the loan, and not a beneficial owner of a trust, but who has provided personal documents to support a home loan application.

Australia Post VOI form for non-face-face lodgement at any participating Australia Post retail outlet.
Digital remote VOI – IDyou
Complete remote VOI for your customers with IDyou. Simply select the Pepper Money option in IDyou to send the report to Pepper.
Security acknowledgments
High security acknowledgment
This acknowledgement is required from customers who provide a higher ownership proportion of the security for a joint loan.
Joint & several liability acknowledgement
This acknowledgement must be obtained from customers who only own a low proportion of the security provided for a loan.

Complete this form if your client is looking to borrow additional funds for business or personal use.
Redraw account nomination, cancellation and request information
This form is used to manage your customer’s redraw. Please note that sections 1 and 5 must be completed for all requests.
